PM Kitchen Team Lead
CJ’s on the Bay is seeking an experienced culinary team lead to join our motivated and dedicated team of professionals. Qualified candidates will have skills to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other food products. This is a high volume kitchen that requires a motivated, passionate person at each station. Stations include salad, fry, sauté, grill, oven and plating station. Consistency and quality are what we are all about.
Key job functions include preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training of line employees in preparation, plate presentation, consistency, portion control and overall sanitation and cleanliness. Candidate will primarily work a PM shift from 3 – 10 pm which may vary based on business demands. We are seeking candidates with experience in providing quality food from a large diverse lunch/dinner menu in high volume full-service waterfront restaurant and bar.
