Travel Schedule: Getting to Marco Island is easy. From I-75, take Exit 101 (Marco Island), heading south on Collier Boulevard (formerly County Road 951) for 20 miles to Marco Island. The Marco Island Executive Airport offers private and charter flights to and from nearby international airports. Naples Municipal Airport offers commuter and direct flights, private charters and regularly scheduled flights to the Florida Keys, Key West and Miami. Palm Beach International, Fort Lauderdale International and Miami International Airports are within a two-to-three-hour drive.
The Southwest Florida International Airport - located about an hour north - is home to Air Canada, Air Tran Airways, American Airlines-American Eagle, Cape Air, Comair, Condor, Continental Airlines, Continental Connection, Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, LTU International Airways, Midwest Airlines, Northwest/KLM, Song, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country, United Airlines, USA 3000, US Airways, Independence Air, Southwest Airlines, and WestJet. To reach Marco Island from this airport, take I-75 South to Exit 101 (Golden Gate), heading south on County Road 951 for 20 miles to Marco Island.
Directions: From Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach international airports, take I-75 West to Exit 101. Marco Island can also be reached from Miami via U.S. Highway 41, also known as the Tamiami Trail. This road is a two-lane venue throughout much of the route, is very picturesque and will take less than two hours to reach Marco Island.
Orlando International Airport - All major domestic and many international carriers: 4-hour drive via I-4 west to I-75 south, exiting I-75 at Exit 101 (Marco Island), heading south on Collier Boulevard (formerly County Road 951) for 20 miles to Marco Island.

Marco Island, located at the southernmost tip of mainland Floridas west coast, is the largest inhabited isle of the "Ten Thousand Islands." Marco Island provides an escape filled with sun-washed beaches, the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico, a warm climate year-round, tropical adventures, extraordinary back country fishing and much more. Marco Island is also known as the Western Gateway to the Everglades.
About the Chamber
On November 3, 1977, the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated. Chambers of commerce do not discriminate regarding membership opportunities. Our by-laws state that all persons, firms and corporations interested in the civic and economic well-being of the Marco Island area will be eligible for membership. Our Chamber, therefore, unites the efforts area businesses and residents to improve the economy and build a better community.
The Board of Directors sets the general policy and direction of the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce. Chamber membership is comprised of business people and interested residents from various sectors of the community. Day-to-day operations are carried out by a well-qualified staff. Utilizing sound business practices, they fulfill the Chamber's mission in a professional and organized manner. Staff also coordinates the efforts of the many volunteers who work daily to promote the Chamber members and their businesses.
The Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center operates as a visitors and information center for the Marco Island area and the members of the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce. Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
